Upon completing the registration, a confirmation email will be sent for each unique registration. The confirmation email contains the link to the discounted accommodation rates for Rodos Palace hotel. Please use this link to book your accommodation at Rodos Palace hotel. 

All Congress fees are in Euros €.

Cancelation policy

Cancellations must be communicated in written to the Registration Secretariat – AFEA SA Travel & Congress Services at spheric2023regs@afea.gr . 

  • For all cancellations received by June 1st, 2023, the registration fee will be refunded (deducting an administrative fee of 80€).
  • From June 2nd, 2023 onwards 100% cancellation fees will apply.
  • All refunds will be processed within 60 days from the end of the Congress
